The “Foundations” course – provides a solid understanding of the key elements of Polarity Management™ This comprehensive foundational course fulfills all prerequisites to attend any of our Advanced Theory and Practice Programs.

It is a way to develop skills, develop internal resources and make progress on significant client issues all in one process. The Polarity Assessment Certification Training

This Certification Training will cover how to use The Polarity Assessment from its introduction to a client to consulting with it on an ongoing basis. In 3 1/2 days together we will provide you with:

Polarity Assessment Marketing materials so you can show clients the features and value in using The Polarity Assessment, including:

  • Online demo to walk prospective clients through The Polarity Assessment
  • Results materials that are viewable on the web, downloadable, and printable
  • Key decision makers’ use of The Polarity Assessment for Organizations to address their key challenges and opportunities.
  • Marketing brochure to share with prospective clients

Coaching and Guidelines for using The Polarity Assessment to drive broader and more sustainable relationships and results:

  • Help your client understand their organizational challenges and opportunities through a polarity lens.
  • Understand and utilize The Polarity Assessment as both an assessment and development process for organizations and individuals.
  • Increase the clients’ ability to achieve and sustain their desired future.
  • Measure the impact over time of tapping key polarities.
  • Contribute to evidence-based research that will demonstrate the benefits of tapping polarities in relation to the bottom line and other metrics important to clients

Experiential learning from the perspective of being a Polarity Assessment Client and a Polarity Assessment Consultant by:

  • Including pre-work to support your learning with each other as clients and consultants during the 3.5 days
  • Designing the training applied to your real world projects

A Polarity Assessment Facilitator Guidebook and Participant Workbook including:

  • Detailed, Step-by-Step instructions for how to lead your client through a Polarity Assessment
  • Logistics requirements for each step in the process
  • Tips and advice for Polarity Assessment Consultants and their Clients

Your personal Polarity Assessment Consultant Account and Online Dashboard where you can:

Follow-up support after our 3.5 days together which includes:

  • Three 90 minute blocks of advanced Polarity Assessment Training and Polarity Assessment Mentoring Support.

  • Be part of a team in delivering Polarity Assessment training and certification
  • Be a mentor, coach and partner for newly trained and Certified Polarity Assessment Consultants
