DESCRIPTION:A joint program between Polarity Partnerships\, LLC and the Leadership Forum\, Inc.\n\n\nThe Leadership Forum Community and Polarity Partnerships are offering an Introduction to Polarity Thinking™ Workshop. This is a 4-hour virtual experience for those interested in deepening their understanding of Polarity Thinking™. The class will be conducted by Polarity Partnerships and will include participation in a polarities assessment. This class is limited to 20 participants so register now to reserve your seat. This short session created a vision into how these tools and concepts can be used to help build understanding for decisions that have “and” options. The beauty is that it surfaces perspectives that perhaps haven’t been considered or fully understood\, leading to better decision making and openness to change as part of Conscious Leadership. \nUpon completion each participant will receive a free Individual Practitioner License for 6 months from Polarity Partnerships (a $125 value). This license gives consultants\, coaches\, internal trainers and professional advisors use of the Polarity Map® & Principles and the resources on the Polarity Resource Portal (excludes the ability to create Polarity Assessments™). After the 6 months\, participants may extend their license through Polarity Partnerships for a $250 annual fee. \nThis workshop is an ideal next step for those who are exploring becoming a Certified Practitioner in Foundations and Professional Applications Certification (PACT)™. When “Or” thinking is misapplied when And-thinking is required\, the result is disunity and unnecessary suffering from polarization and chronic dysfunction. Applying “And” thinking to these and other interdependent pairs or “polarity” tensions (aka paradox or dilemma) creates a shift from intractable battles to an invitation to the dance in the interdependency. And-thinking has been used and celebrated the world over for helping businesses\, governments\, schools\, congregations\, and communities address the complexity of interdependency by supplementing “Or” thinking with “And-thinking\,” when And is required. Many spiritual and wisdom traditions describe these “And-dances” of interdependent Unity in the One Spirit\, which is also pervasive in nature.
