It’s a gift to support leaders, and each of us is a leader, in making what was once invisible, visible to them, so they can move to their preferred future faster with higher performance.
The underpinning of coaching is the use of questions to help the client examine their beliefs, strengths, weaknesses and meaning making. The developmental process provides constructive feedback and a new perspective so the client is an active participant in shaping their lives and achieving their desired outcomes.
Through her journey with multiple cancer diagnoses, the paralysis of her left leg, and managing an “incurable” form of cancer, Lori learned how coaching and leveraging polarities could lead to a life of thriving under uncertainty. In 2014, she joined her brother Cliff Kayser, Founder of Xperience LLC, to use her life and experiences to support her clients create more meaning, purpose and satisfaction in their lives. She’s a bibliophile, lover of coffee and podcasts and in her free time, you may find her building a LEGO or playing with her beloved dog Ava.
